Group Bookings:

A fee will be charged to your refund unless cancellation is done 90 days before the scheduled departure.

91 days or more    Full Refund

31 - 60 days        40 % land cost
16 - 30 days        60 % land cost
00 - 15 days        100% land cost

Customized – Individual Bookings:

A refund will be made for customized group or individual packages if the cancellation is made 10 business days prior to scheduled departure dates.   A cancellation fee will be charged for all customized group or individual packages.

Cancellation fees may differ due to various suppliers (hotels, guides, transportation, ski resorts, national parks, and campgrounds, etc. involved. Whatever penalties these suppliers impose will be mentioned before accepting a reservation.

Nomadic Excursions reserves the right to cancel a trip due to force of nature or any other circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, we will give a full refund of the land cost. However, Nomadic Excursions is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by you in preparing for the trip.

Refunds:

No refunds will be given for any unused portion of a package. Land cost is quoted as a package; credits are not given for services not used. All prices quoted are in US dollars and are subject to change.
