If you have any medical or psychological conditions, it's very important you let us know well before departure so that we can make extra arrangements, if needed, for your own safety.

Trip leaders have the right to disqualify anyone at any time during the trip if they feel the trip member is physically incapable of continuing or his/her own circumstances jeopardize his/her own and/or the rest of the group’s safety.

Just to Keep in Mind:

• Please read the conditions implied in the Nomadic Excursions trip grading system.
• Select a trip (with our help if necessary) that is appropriate for your interests and abilities.
• Bring appropriate gear and clothing as advised by Nomadic Excursions. Sometimes we may forget something behind. Please inform your trip leader as soon as possible in order to find a solution.
• Every single region in this world has their customs. We like to respect that. During the trip you will be informed about the colorful customs of each region that is visited.
• Please remember the following when we are visiting in someone else’s home. Respect the countries we visit by using environmentally safe products and by not littering.
• It will be the group experience and dynamics that will make every journey and adventure one of a kind. Please expect to meet new people from different backgrounds, cultures and nationalities.
